The Mississippi State Bulldogs enter the 2025 college football season under the leadership of second-year head coach Jeff Lebby.

Special teams, coordinated by Cliff Odom, aim to enhance field position and scoring opportunities. Emphasis is placed on consistency in kicking and punting, as well as dynamic return strategies. Kicker Kyle Ferrie made 10 of 12 field goals in 2024.
