Texas A&M should have little difficulty establishing a physical advantage against Missouri State. The Aggies possess substantially greater size, speed, and depth and should control the line of scrimmage from the opening series. Texas A&M can use the matchup to develop consistency in its passing game while leaning on a strong rushing attack. Missouri State needs to avoid turnovers and find a way to generate manageable third downs, something that could prove difficult against the Aggies’ defensive front. A&M should create separation relatively quickly, allowing the coaching staff to rotate extensively and give younger players valuable experience during the second half.
