We are about halfway through the season and this weekend offers some exciting games to watch involving teams from the mighty SEC.
LSU at Vanderbilt: The Commodores look much improved this season but they are just now stepping into the meatgrinder portion of their schedule. LSU is always loaded with very athletic talent. I think Vandy pulls out another win at home. Vanderbilt wins 31-27.
Oklahoma at South Carolina: Both of these are solid teams but I think playing at home, South Carolina should have the edge. Gamecocks win 35-21.
Texas A&M at Arkansas: Texas A&M would be in the playoff if it started today. A&M should win but playing at Razorbacks Stadium they had better not overlook the Hogs. Texas A&M wins 41-17.
Ole Miss at Georgia: This game is certainly one of the more pivotal SEC games this weekend. Georgia’s defense top tier defense coupled with playing at home gives the dawgs the advantage. Georgia wins 31-20.
Mississippi State at Florida: State won it’s first four games and then lost the last two. The Bulldogs have a strong offense but not as good of a defense. This one is about even so you go with the home team. Florida wins 31-30.
Texas at Kentucky: It doesn’t get any easier for Longhorns or the Wildcats for that matter. The Cats are looking for a win and Texas is fighting to get back in the rankings. I give Texas the edge here. Longhorns win 31-21.
Tennessee at Alabama: This is one that almost all college football fans look forward to. I think Alabama is playing very well this season and it’ll be hard for them to lose another game. Alabama 41, Tennessee 38.
Missouri at Auburn: These two haven’t played each other much over the years. Missouri should have the edge here on both sides of the ball. They have one of the best coaches in the league in Eliah Drinkwitz.
